Richardson, TX – August 5, 2016: Mr. Eddy Vanderkerken joins AudioVideo BrandBuilder Corporation (AVBB) as its new Director of Western Sales for the US and Canada. With his extensive experience and expertise in the broadcast industry, Eddy will be responsible in managing and developing the Western region of the US, including Hawaii, and Canada.
Eddy Vanderkerken has over 30 years of sales experience in Video Test and Measurement, TV broadcasting products, as well as managing and directing sales teams. Born in Belgium, he received his MSEE degree from the Erasmus University College in Belgium, and he is fluent in five languages.
Eddy was responsible for the sales of Rohde & Schwarz T&M products in Belgium for 15 years, focusing on Video and TV applications. In 2001, he moved to the USA with his family, to help expand the Rohde & Schwarz USA sales organization, and became their Director of Sales for the broadcast T&M and transmission products for 10 years.
In 2014, Eddy founded his own business – Sourcerer LLC – selling T&M equipment for the TV, video and broadcast markets in the USA, based out of the Dallas – Fort Worth area in Texas, and has now joined forces with AVBB. “I am very excited and motivated to have joined AudioVideo BrandBuilder Corporation” commented Eddy Vanderkerken. “The fact that AVBB represents exclusively in the Americas strong brands, such as PHABRIX and CINEDECK, opens a huge window of sales opportunities for TV stations, production houses, movie studios and other related businesses on the West Coast.”

Eddy will be attending and represent AVBB at the 2016 Texas Association of Broadcasters Show in Austin, TX, from August 10 -11, at the Renaissance Austin Hotel – Booth #98.
